So this is what i want to know. I was wondering if i would be able to get a Chevy Big Block into a 65 mustang with no major alternations. or will it even fit?

i was hoping to get a chevy big block or the biggest engine that you could get in a mustang in 65 what was the biigest. I think it was the 281 but i think i am wrong. and i want to put a chevy big block in but i dont think it will fit. So basically al i want to know is what waqs the largest engine mustang put in a mustang in 65.

You can't even get a FORD bigblock into a '65 Stang chassis without major modifications,, forget Chevy
