the 429 boss,428,390 were all avilable in the 69 stang...so there no major moding needed..

The 390/428 are a completely different animal than a 429. The 429 Boss engine did require major "moding" ([sm=laughat.gif]) to the extent that Ford farmed the work out to Kar Kraft to get the engine to fit.

Word. A 302 is 18" from valve cover to valve cover. A 351 measures 21". A 429/460 measures 26 inches. That doesn't fit in a stock Mustang engine bay until the 71-73 LTD-style cars.

hey, I got a aluminum intake from 69 for a 351w. Its freshly blasted. It's supposed to outflow eddlebrock performer rpm intakes and Weiand intakes no problem. Email me at blacksheeps11@yahoo.com if you want more info. I'll get all the numbers and logos and stuff from it. I've researched it, and seems to be legit, but worth some money. It's an original though, not a repro.
