I just installed a USED BBK throttle body, it was in good shape to defects from what I can see. Came with the black sensor thing. After taking me about 15 minutes to install, I went for a cruise and the gas pedal is a lot stiffer. I know it will take a little getting used to but I don't like the stiff *** pedal.

Is there anything I can do to loosen it up a tad bit? Everything except the sensor and throttle is stock.

I was thinking it might be the gold wiring that is looped around on the side of the throttle, or maybe that spring...

Any help would help.

did you look at the spring on the tb? throw some grease or somthing on that, make sure the cable isnt bound up or anything either, maybe it just hasnt been used and you need to DRIVE IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT until it loosens up haha

I'm hung over as **** and thats the funniest thing I have heard today (drive it like you stole it). But ya, thats what another guy told me.

But I did notice a difference with the throttle body upgrade and sounds a little better too, I don't have exhaust, so I can notice sound differences.
