If you cant find out what the law is then stick with a common rule of thumb between guys i know - keep em off when the car is in motion. When its not, cops cant get on your case about being able to see the bulb because youre not actually moving.

hey neons are not fvcking gay, thats your opinion but what if someone was really gay and read that? you think that would go over real well with them? and im not gay myself but still, leave that stuff off the forums, for their sake[:@][:@][:@][:@], and hey nyorkrider, ive heard in some states, neons are legal as long as they are not red or blue, hence impersonating cops, but you'll have to check with your local police department, i got purple under my yellow car, but tehy're illegal to drive with on in wisconsin, but thats ok.i still show em off when im in a parking lot
