I dunno most places the law is basically as long as you cant actually see the bulb then its still legal. dont quote me on that though ive never had a car with neon so ive never really checked into it

Neons should be illegal in all states for being GAY.
But, I know in OH, atleast here... they're **** about it.
Call your local BMV and ask. Maybe they'd know.

Isn't it a distraction or somethin and that's what makes em illegal?

But what SHOULD be illegal is those projector headlights...
They blind EVERYONE and ANYONE on the road...
