Default fuel excess

Hi
I just put a map sensor on my friends 460 ford port injected cargo van ,I know it's our Mustang site but sure you can help me.He did need a map sensor because it would not start before and now it starts right up yet with the dog house off of the van we watched as we started the engine and smelled raw gas, looked at the exhaust manifold and where it meets the head we noticed gas seeping out as we cranked the engine from the exhaust and head .we took out sprk plug and raw gas shot of there while cranking? We though it was a stuck valve gave it a comp. test and got 125??? what could this be and it also did it on other bank of cyl. on number 6 on right bank it was no.4 cyl. don't know much about injected autos. Some one said fuel pressure regulator, yet why didn't the gas pour out of all the cyl.? Any help appreciated. Thanks
