Into the 13's?
 

I am considering a 94-95 5.0 or a 96-99 4.6 Mustang mostly because of price. I am in Colorado at roughly 5500-5800 feet above sea level where there is no air,so getting to the 13's is a bit more difficult
here.
I was wondering if anyone has gone that fast at this altitude without spray.Can it be done with a blower?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

You can get into the 11's - 12's with a blower & supporting mods,,. & decent traction

You would only have to shave off about a second from the stock quarter mile for upper 13's...
Gears and nitrous would get you there I'd suspect.

Is that at sea level? Up here theyseem to behigh 14 to low 15's.

Yeah sorry thats assuming close to sea level...I guess someone who knows a bit more how the altitude will effect you could help
