Default seats tearing *can we get a recall* POLL

honestly like 3/4 of all the used mustangs ive seen theres that stupid tear on the driver seat on the left side on the seat wats up wit that its not really a problem but ud think they would have the science of sewing down by now and i kno ur all going to say well it gets used a lot wit all the getting in and out but cmon seats have been around for how long and they couldnt double stitch it or ne thing jus wanna kno how many of u have this or at least seen it

and i wasnt serious bout the recall thing, being sacastic

the seats in my '88 never got any tears in them before I finally replaced them with a racing seat. do you check your rear pockets for tools before you get in yours??? LOL

I know what you're talking about, my PgtTT did that pretty bad, my n/a pgt did it a little too. I don't think the foxs do it as bad because they are more of a flat seat.

the material in the 95 up is more of a cloth than are fox cars....coarse it's going to wear with all the in and out of the car people do......they cloth 4 banger foxes do it too..[:@]

I have a 95 also and you can see the threads starting to losen up so i stiched them back together before i got the hole, I think it might have something to do with the support that holds your butt cheeks together lol, becuase all of the stuffing around those have moved to the middle of the seat but it is 9 yrs old.
