Hey everyone;

About 2 weeks before the engine died I notticed that when I launch that the rear end will have an eery feeling that its rolling under me and then it jerks and bumps like I hit a pothole but the road is smooth... It also really looks like the back of the car dropped about 1/2" I dont get it....

WTF IS HAPPENING!!! lol

I got under there and looked around and didnt see anything wrong, the bushings appeared intact and there was no bend controll arms, the torque boxes were intact and I didnt see anything broken.

Can somone give me some help on this, my wife notticed it too and it really feels like its hurting the car badly.

Sounds like the factory control arms are flexing. I don't much of the roll feeling, but it does wheel hop on me quite a bit. I'm gonna add better lower control arms when I get the time.

I would actually remove the control arms and chech the bushings. Many times they will look OK but be worn.

how bout a driveshaft u-joint, they usually give a popping/clunking sound when they get worn down, expecially when in first or reverse when the drivetrain is fed some power

Not the U-bolts, thats for sure.

I will go with JD's idea and remove the controll arms and asses any damages.
