1992 mustang gt 5 speed. bbk t-b throttle sticks / have to tap accelerator pedal for idle to drop.I have cleaned throttle throat and butterfly plate with rag throttle body cleaner that works for a while but then it happens again I use premium gas. Need help thanks

If you put a return spring like in the "carburated" days of old. Would this work on a fuel injected system? Would that rapid return of a spring, when you let go of throttle harm the engine??????

remove the IAC and clean it good with some carb cleaner and reinstall it.

I don't understand why you would think the IAC would cause the throttle to stick. A "hanging" idle, where it comes down slow - yea that would make sense - but not physically causing the pedal to bind
