What regular-maintenance options should I consider for my 1994 Mustang GT Covertible 5.0 liter high-output? I have 85k miles on the car.

I don't know much about cars, but I'd like to keep mine in good shape with appropriate proactive maintenance. I've received various feedback from manuals and mechanics, and wanted to get perspective from the community here.

Here's the basic list I have thus far:

Oil changes
Brake inspections
Exhaust inspections
Coolant flush
Transmission inspection/flush
Rear-diff inspection/flush
Minor tune-up (including "injector plate" cleaning??)
