Got my windows tinted, big mis
I tinted over the dots on my windshield.

The shop doesn't care to take time and work that hard to rid the bubbles you see from the dots. It DOES stick..it took me about 15 minutes to get the bubbles out from the dots. But it's been 2 days and it looks perfectly fine.

I started this thread..
As you know i started off with tinting the entire rear window.. didnt like how that looked. The tint wouldnt stick and dry with a smooth dot matrix pattern.
So I had a fellow mustang owner from mustangworld forums send me a strip of black Vinyl. The tinter then removed the tint from the dot matrix area and applied the strip of black vinyl.
After pressing the vinyl down quite a bit myself over the last couple of days it is almost perfect. Not 100% yet for me. Either my tinter hasnt been performing his 100% or the vinyl just cant stick perfectly.
So maybe, another tinter told me the best way is to tape off the dot matrix area on the rear window and use tint paint. The paint will fill all the little nooks and crannies and will look just like the vinyl strip would.
