if you have emission testing leave the car alone changing to carb would make it fall since no egr valve

EGR has nothing to do with Carb or EFI.

RE: emissions please help
i was refering to a visual inspection as if they check to see if the car is in fact carburated or fuel injected and if they will let it pass visual on carburation set up. FYI i bypassed my egr valve on my truck and passed the sniffer test with no problem. Why would this make any difference on a carb set up for a mustang

RE: emissions please help
visual inspection has nothing to do with it. its all about the sniffer. i really dont think that switching to a carb is worth the money or the hassle. good luck passing though!

RE: emissions please help
i was looking into going to a carburator because i am interested in doing a 4 cylinder to v8 swap
here is the details on what i have to pass to get passed arizona emissions
they check the evap components to see if they are in place
also they do a pressure test on the system
along with the sniffer test
do i just leave these components visible (evap canister etc)
to pass?
