That is an indication of a worn pressure plate. Sounds like a clutch replacement is in the near future for you....or should be.

i think it could be the throwout bearing, if it is, you might as well pull it down and replace the whole clutch assembly. You can get a king cobra assembly with clutch, press. plate, t/o bearing, and pilot bearing for $155 from CLUTCH CITY. look them up on ebay. I think they are at www.clutchcity.com

Throwout bearings usually squeak until you release the clutch. Your chatter is a good indication of a worn pressure plate.
What's happening are the fingers on the pressure plate are getting weak and are having trouble holding the correct amount of pressure to the clutch disk.
Are you getting some slippage?

Could be yoru Flywheel. maybe you scorched it one time, or pressure plate might be bad.

Im not totally sure what caused it but I think it is the pressure plate. Like it may have gotten hot spots on it and warped it.

What would have caused whatever the problem is? I am pretty picky about taking off and never slipping the clutch. I can drive stick shift perfectly fine. I dont ever dump the clutch, but there have been a few rare occasions. I do slip it a bit when racing or getting on it from a stop to get better traction. I just am trying to figure out what wuold have caused this though.

It never slips into gears. Just chatters taking off. The sooner I get the clutch out the better. It doesnt always chatter though. Sorry, im going on and on lol. Sorry.

I would just replace the clutch assembly then and go with the king cobra clutch.
It's also a good idea to get your flywheel resurfaced too. The condition of your flywheel will give a "tell tale" indication of what was going on.
