Default Possibility of using an MSD/Ignition booster on 99+ Cars/Tranny Issues

Hey Guys,
With the newer 4.6's being "Coil on Plug," Are there any aftermarket Ignition boosters available? I wasn't sure if things like the MSD DIS, or like products would work on the newer cars. What signal would you interupt to amplify spark?

Also, I've had this nagging issue w/ my transmission. In between shifts, and under moderate-hard acceleration, I get a chatter, almost as if my Pressure Plate/Clutch Disc were going out, but I have an automatic. I figured it may be the Bands, or the Clutch packs, but I'm not sure. Any thoughts?? It does seem like it's slipping a bit sometimes.

I have the MSD DIS 2 on my talon. For the mustang you need the DIS 4. I noticed a great difference. The best thing about it is the 2 stage rev limiter for launches. It will also allow you to power shift threw the gears with out tranny damage. I also think that MSD makes a bracket for the 4.6s that mounts the box on the strut tower bar.
