Is Traction Control a standard for '99-'04 Mustang?
I suppose Traction Control is quite important for an RWD car like Mustang, but I cannot make sure if it is a standard on Mustang of '99-'04. Anyone can help with this problem? Thanks in advance.

I think its standard, but let me say that it sucks a monkey nut on mustangs, its the worst traction control ever - its slow to respond and when it does it kills way too much power

Its standard on the GT and optional on the V6'ers. If you dont know how to drive a rear wheel car with a lot of power in the rain then I would suggest you use it for the first month or two and slowly get used to not having it.

I think this was an option because I have a 2000 mustang and I dont have Traction Control on mine. Or ABS either. the insurance company ran the VIN and she says nope you dont even have anti lock brakes......

Its an option, at least on the 04s. Its paired up with ABS (can't get one without the other). On my window sticker I paid $730 for the ABS/Traction control option.

the abs and that are paired cuase they use the same sensors. Anyway it's like training wheels it nice when you first gettin used to the car so you won't end up backwards lol but later on it's just a pai in the ***.
