i posted this in the detailing forum, but nobody seems to have any clue....so here it is again. im about to get my 93 gt painted and im going black again (i had a lot of new body parts going on and the paint sucks anyways so im getting it repainted all the way). my question is, on the drip rail molding and all of the other molding around the windows, the stock color is the semi-gloss black. should i paint them the same gloss black as the car (to get a sleek look) or should i keep them semi-gloss? ive seen them painted the same color as the car on a red fox and it looked like crap but i dont know if black would look good or not. also, what about the side mirrors? same color as car or semi-gloss? any help would be appreciated and pictures of the completely blacked out would help a lot too! thanks guys

personally i think they look better flat blackthan the same as the body color

thanks for the reply! yours looks really good and really clean. do you know if theyre straight up flat or a semi-gloss?

Looks like its flatbut the passenger side molding is getting pitted so im going to take it in to get repainted flat black in a couple weeks before it gets any worse. Dont really have any good pics of it, this is the closest i could find

thanks, i really appreciate your help. but your mustang is definitely clean as hell. ive never seen a fox with bullitts on it and it really does look good. ive got cobras on my gt, but everyone has those. i wonder how fr500s would look on a fox? off topic, but the lx looks really good man
