I found a picture that's pretty much identical to what my 'stang is going to look like, I just wanted to know if the wheels are the standard or after-market. If they are, which is what I suspect, then can anyone figure out what wheels they are?

Theyre aftermarket 17x8 Cobra R rims. The originals were 5 lug and came on the 95 Cobra R. A standard rim wouldve been a 10 hole. Starting in 90 it wouldve been a 16" Pony.

Correction, the 16" ponys came out in 91, not 90. Theyre fairly easy to find.

Are you sure they're 17x8 and not 17x9? And is there any way to remove the Cobra emblem?

You can get Cobras in an 8, 9, and 10" width. Theres even a 16" Cobra R but not sure on width. Im not sure how the emblems are in there. My guess is they snap in. Somebody on here will know.

Ive seen a full set of 16" Ponys with caps in mint shape for as low as $300-500 but without tires. You should be able to find single rims for $75 with and without caps. Just shop around a bit, youll find them.

If you are looking for those rims, call Jegs. I know, they are not in the catalog. I got mine, 17x9, 4 lug, Cobra Rs, with tires, for about 1000.00 shipped.

Oh you want the Cobras. My bad. You can pay anywhere from $600- $1000 for a full set depending on where you get them. Thats usually without tires tho. Tires can add another $1000, again depending on where you get them.
