Default what should timing be set on for more hp?

I have a 95 5.0 with a b303 cam,ported cobra intake and phlenom ,1 inch spacer,.30 over 70mm throttle body, mac headers, h-pipe,flows, and other acc.. what would be the best timing for my set up?

Start with 10 @ 1000 rpm, 34 total @ 3k rpm, and tune from there. There are no magical numbers that work for all engines, but with a good starting point, it makes it easy to dial in everything.
