the biggest problem turned out not to be the timing but the two little wires on the MAF, after cleaning them i noticed the biggest improvement, it is hard to beleive that after all the work i done to improve this it was the simplest solution that worked. i just wanted everone to know so they should try the easy crap first...thanks for the help
