Funny: Mustang with bad motor
Funny thing happened a few months back, I thought I'd share it with you... my business partner ownes a repair shop, one day when I stopped by I spotted a newer mustang. Curiosity of course, I asked the shop manager what was being done to the stang. He said "the 2000?, its gettin a motor". That car looked brand new! Inside and Out! </P>
The owner was in there at the time, he says... "Man, you know I got that car detailed once a month... but you know I never thought to change the oil!"</P>
This guy bought the car brand new, and never once changed the oil! I guess that goes to show you just how far you can go to save about 100.00 worth of oil. </P>

You ever change the filter?
My neighbor lady wasn't aware that you had to change all kinds of fluids - she takes her truck in for oil changes, but wasn't aware of the rear diff oil, tranny fluid, brake fluid, coolant, etc. that all has to get changed as well. Yikes
And when I was in high school there was some woman who never changed the tranny fluid in her Caravan and after 100k+ it failed. She demanded that the dealer cover it under warranty. They refused, but offered to cover the labor if she paid for the parts. She refused. So in protest she parked it out in front of the dealership and moved it daily (to avoid getting towed). It was there for several years alternating from one side of the driveway to the other.
