I can't drive to the convenience store and park outside, and not get held up by someone asking questions or complementing on my car. <IMG src=smileys/smiley3.gif border="0"></P>

It doesn't **** me off, but I don't always have 20 minutes to spare talking up a storm with someone. Does anyone else get tired of it after a while? <IMG src=smileys/smiley7.gif border="0"></P>

I get the same thing all the time Dan. It starting to be annoying. The car is still stock and I don't even want to think of what is going to happen when I start modding it. My friend just got his headers on his LS1 to complete the exhaust and the thing is sick loud. We stood in a parking lotfor almost an 1/2 hour because people kept coming over when we were trying to leave!

Geez, I cant wait to get exhaust on my car, it should be here any day now. I can see how that would be annoying after a while. Just tell people its your mom's car and you don't know anything about it or something.

I get that as well they all want to see what's under the hood...some get mad when I don't raise it. I don't have time and well it cost $$$ to get it raise as I have so things on there that took months to work out and I'm not giving it away

With the back seat plastic missing and the roof completely removed I don't get stopped by anybody but true gear heads. And I don't mind talking to them.

As enthusiasts we're ambassadors for our passion (as corny as it sounds). Treat somebody poorly and you might turn them away. You never know who you're going to meet either.

On a side note I can't find my hood pins. I think they're in my tool bag, but where did that go??!

Oh, and my personal bit of advice for today - don't drive around with the speedo cable removed. <img border="0" src=smileys/smiley11.gif border="0">

Try making your bad attitude alittle less apparant <IMG src=smileys/smiley2.gif border="0"></P>

Anyways, in response to the more intelligent users...I think my exhaust &amp; dark windows attract the attention. That's exactly what grabbed my attention with this car when I saw it coming back from the detail shop at the dealership. </P><edited><editID>Dan02GT</editID><editDate>37875.0398263889</editDate></edited>
