https://mustangforums.com/m_3612761/tm.htm this would probably be the best car for me + i live in indy.

this would be the best Cobra for me https://mustangforums.com/m_3664998/tm.htm 19k leaving me 11k for mods. mostly interior mods.

man dont get a car that fast cause the day you get your lisence your going to drive your car and someone is going to rev up at you or something and just as pretty much everyother person on here would do you'll race him and with that much power and being a new driver your going to hurt someone. my dad has an 05 gt with about 400 horse and ive been driving for two years and ive been racing go karts for 8 years before that and when i get in that thing and really pound on it and it starts to kick out it takes all i have to keep it on the road do yourself a favour buy even just a 94-98 gt or even a cobra from that era they are still fast and gorgeous and a lot safer than a terminator for now. save your money and in a few years from now get one of the new boss mustang that have the same power as a terminator but are n/a or buy a terminator then just be smart right now

+1.

Not to disrespect, but I seen people crash because they think they can handle the power. Sadly, they can't.
Maybe you can, but just get experience with a less hp car first...(200-240 hp...a sn-95 gt would be good for this)...

yeah, i would suggest starting with a GT, then get the cobra, then slap on a whipple

or get a 96-98 cobra, then slap on a blower, the teksid blocks in the 96-98s are good for alot of power

wish i could find the picture of the cobra that was split in half by a light pole

we arent trying to talk you out of a cobra to be a bunch of asses its for your safety juat wait. a 94-98 gt is plenty fast enough for someone your age hell its fast enough for people older than you. throw on a coupld mods it doesnt even have to be an s/c just do a cai and full exhaust headers short throw shifter and you'll notie a big difference maybe get a nice set of heads or something but dont be stupid and do something that will most likely get you hurt

what does that have to do with anything? get a 94-95 GT, sn95 +5.0 = beautiful AND cheap power

Wait, please explain how you are going to afford all of this again. I would love to be let in on whatever secret you have to make over $20k at the age of 16? I'm 19 years old, work 40+ hours a week, and can barely afford payments and insurance on my 99 GT.
