Upgrade to power brakes?

Upgrade to power brakes?
I have an 82 GL that a previous owner scrapped the 4 banger and dropped in a 5.0 out of an 88 GT.
The problem, though, is that he also scrapped the power brakes. Is it possible to upgrade back to having power brakes? If so, how? Do I just need to buy a brake booster and slap it in?
Help!
