You're in for alot of work. Fuel pump will have to be changed for one. I guess you dont get smog checked, huh?

I am not sure about the emission laws where you are but here it is illegal to put an older engine in a newer car. All emission equipment that came on the car must be functioning and in tact. another problem is that your transmission is computer controlled and is tied into your current engine's fuel injection computer which is monitoring engine rpm's, TPS, temperature, etc. I am not saying it can't be done, I am converting my 1984 v6 TBI to a carbureted 302 which will have the mechanical fuel pump so I will remove the fuel pump from the sending unit and put some fuel line in it's place. There is a little switch on the back of the instrument panel on older mustangs to switch the tach to read 4, 6, or 8 cylinder engines so switch it to the correct setting.
The engine wiring harness can be used but eliminate the fuel injection computer and all associated wiring, then connect all other wiring to it's designation; oil pressure sending unit, coolant temp sending unit, ignition, starter, etc. I suspect you will run into more problems on the '95 than I will with my '84, but since mine is 22 years old or older, it will be subject to safety only inspection.
I think a better way for you to go myself would be to get complete drivetrain and wiring from another '94 - '98 mustang.

Is this going to be a street set up or drag strip only?
You could easily put aftermarket gauges in the dash, so thats prob not too big an issue. As for the trans, it would be best to go with an older trans that would mount up without an issue to the motor. Which would prob mean you will need a different driveshaft, aftermarket shifter and a 9" rear wouldnt be a bad idea at all.
