Anyone know the name of those foam things you can put on the inside of the door?

For instance, if I have taken the door panel out of my car on the inside. What is the name of that big piece of foam that you can put on the inside so you don't mess up your arm if you have a wreck? Anyone know where to buy it?

I've taken off a number of door panels.
All I have seen is the cardboard door panel,
the arm rest, a 10 mil plastic weather strip.

you also dont have a newer car. i know what your talking about, mine has it, but i have no idea what the name of it is. sorry.
