Hey everyone, I'm looking to get a Whipple S/C for my stang. But I also like the look of the shaker systems for them. I was wondering if any one knows if the shaker will work going over the top of the S/C. I have seen pictures with vortec S/C and the shaker system togethet. But I can't find anything to show if they will fit on a top mounted s/c. Thanks for the help in advanced.

ok, i'm assuming you have a '03-'04 mach 1, i know the shaker system will fit over akenne bell s/c, so they should fit over a whipple

Well the title says "for 05 GT" so I assume you're NOT looking for an 03-04 Mach 1. [sm=icon_stickpoke.gif]

I know don_w has an S197 with a topmount blower and the shaker kit. I don't remember what kind of blower it is, but I believe it might be a KB. I think the Whipple would fit, but it certainly would take a lot of modification, and would pretty much just end up being the snorkel without the skirt that covers the intake chamber.

NP. I was just poking some friendly fun. I've considering doing this mod myself so it hit near and dear.
