351w efi to carb swap

I know its a mustang forum but...... I have a 89 F250 with a 351w, I want to swap in a carb, what do I need to change over the ignition?? people have said a ford hei setup or a duraspark but they are both kinda expensive, anybody have any ideas?? I need a cheap way to do the swap

What transmission in the truck? Swapping the EFI & intake & igntion system is just the start.

its a 3 speed, so a c4 or c6 not sure what it is
