Is the shake coming from the steering wheel or do you feel it in your butt?

Steering wheel - is front end and could be a number of components. Easy test if it's on the front is lift each side or both on a jack. Grab the tire and push in on the right side while pulling out on the left and then do the opposite. Do this rapidly. If you notice any play, you've got bad bearings or tierods, or both.

In your butt is the rearend - you can do the same test but this will only test the bearings.

While you've got the car up take a look at the struts and shocks. You could be experiencing wheel hop. If you have a shock/strut that is leaky or just plain bad.

The other topic, The CAI doesn't do much with out other mods to take advantage of the added airflow. He does have a huge weight advantage on you.
Sentra SER Spec-V
Top speed : 135 mph
0-60 mph : 7.2 sec.
0-¼ mile : 15.6 sec @ 90.3 mph
60-0 braking distance : 120 ft
200 ft skidpad : 0.86 g

Curb Weight : 2743 lbs [&o]
Overall length : 177.5 in.
Wheelbase : 99.8 in.
Overall Width : 67.3 in.
Height : 55.5 in.

Mustang:

it's hard to find the other specs but off a glance I'd say it would be close..If I rember correctly the 1/4 trap speed for the V6's are 15.5-15.7 at between 89-91mph...
