I asked what the fluid was under the front of the car. The guy said "It leaks a little P/S Fluid...It looks as if it is coming from one of the fittings that goes into the rack...But I have been working 50 hours weeks for months and havent touched the car besides starting it once a week..

It is VERY hard on a car to sit and as I have said in almost 2 years of owning th car it has less than 200 miles on it."

So it does sound like he origonaly bought it as a project car or a weekend car, but didn't have time.
