what kind of power gains can be expected? is it worth it?

The shaker hoodis more for looks than improving power. You might see a couple extra hp, 5 tops.

You won't see anything at all when it comes to power. However, it looks sweet.

intakes in general on a 2v mustang do literally next to nothing, this is no different.
