Wow, look at all the mis info in this thread. The V6 has a different bumper. The GT/SVT have exhaust cut outs for the duals. V6 had no cut outs at all. The '99 SVT got the same spoiler as the V6/GT
Check the VIN. Match the S/N of the motor to THAT car.
The Cobra will have the DOHC motor, SVT badging, SVT cluster, 13" brakes, SVT wheels, IRS, amber turn signals in the tail lights (unlike the V6/GT counterparts) and areverse scoop hood for starters.

There is....
The comment about the V6, GT and Cobra all having the same bumper.
Someone suggested that maybe there wasn't an IRS on the Cobras that year.
Someone said it only had a GT spoiler.
None of that is correct.... it's GUESSING.

I agree, ditch this cobra. There's probably better 99 or 01 cobras out there for this price. Or you could just get a 03/04 mach1 for around$15000which has the same enginewith a solid rear axle.

its not a very good shot of the car, but i wanna say those are termi foglights though
