Clean your engine? Can you pressure wash it? What electronics can it hurt?

My engine bay is filthy on my 02 GT. Can I just spray engine bright all over it and spray it off? Can it hurt anything?

NO . dont pressure wash it . use wheel cleaner & hose off w/out spray nozzle .

Simply put, spray the whole engine down with simple green and let it sit for a minute or two and hose off with low water pressure. Most of the engine is water tight, i wouldn't make it a habit of rinsing the MAF or air filter though.
