Has anyone used this or know someone who has?

I know it's cheap and I am not expecting any major HP but it had me thinking when it said racing enthusiast's have used as many as three on their V8 mustangs. I'm thinking B.S. but thought I would ask. Here is the link to the website. Any replies would be appreciated

it causes a restrition that will decrease power and mpg
if it was that easy Ford would put it on every car to improve
thier CAFE

Thats one of the funniest ads I have ever seen, all of the buyer testimonials sound so crappy. If you could get 55 hp for 35 dollars everybody would. thats the kind of thing that is marketed towards 16 year olds with old Civics who don't know anything but think they do and have nobodyto tell them they're wrong
