Car won't start
 

I have an 89 supercharged 5.0 vert. I was driving down the road after installing a clutch cable an quadrant and the car just died on me. I pulled over and noticed that the power feed for my trex pump was not plugged into the fuse panel....must of come undone when I mounted my boost controller.Iknow I should run it to the battery and thats what I am going to do. I plugged it back in and it still won't start. I can hear both pumps come on. At first it wanted to start but wouldn't stay running....now its just cranks. Could I have did something to the fuel system with the trex pump not running. I only got about 2 miles down the road before she quit on me. Any help is greatly appreciated.
