96 4.6GT with blower/intercooler, SLP Loudmouths. 24psi injectors . Keep getting Check engine codes PO172 and PO175 (Oxy sensors). These codes are automatic NYS inspection failures. Dealer says computer is trying to lean out air/fuel mixture but cannot.
Will a Dynotune or custom chip lean out the air/fuel mixrure so that these codes no longer reappear??

How have you solved this problem on your vehicle.

You can get a predator turner and shur off the rear o2 sensors and then just reset the computer and you willnot have the codes anymore. If you do not want to spend the money on the tuner you need to get some MIL elmineters (sP) that will do the same thing as far as fooling the computer into thinking that the rear o2 sensors are reading corectly and then reset your computer so the codes go away. But you need to do one of these things.

it doesn't matter what the rear 02's think. They have no control over lean/rich system codes. The fronts do. so tuning them out or getting eliminators are not going to help. You really first should see why your running so rich on both banks. Thats not really good for the car anyway. a tune might help but then again you might have another problem.
