I think so, but i just thought i'd get some more opinions. I checked the blue book retail value and it was only 11K, which seems more reasonable. On top of that, I saw that a privately owned dealership just sold a NICE '03 GT with 78K miles for $11K!
The only added feature that I noticed, which could possibly make it more expensive was the wheels, the seemed to be about 18 inches.
Is there a way i can get them to get the price closer to the KBB price?

You should be able to go cheaper. I got my '00 V6 vert w/ 76k for $6000...came with a set of winter rims w/ tires and a viper alarm. Also got out of paying tax on it. =D

You can definitely get it cheaper. If they refuse to go lower, then keep shopping!
I got my 00' GT with less mileage, for about half that much. Only because I knew what I wanted, had the money ready to pay cash, and then just waited for "the one" to come along........
