The car I just got needs a new front bumper, because the owner before me accidently hit a lawnmower in their garage. I've been looking at a few that I like, I might even just get another stock GT one to keep it 'original' looking. But I love the look of the 03 Cobras and there are quite a few bumpers on ebay for them. Will an 03 Cobra bumper fit on my 97 or will only 94-98 bumpers work?

Yes it can be made to fit, with quite a bit of work, best left to a pro, but they do make a SN95 style Terminator bumper. My friend has one on his 94, and I dont like it because it doesnt fit perfectly.

Or you could get the 03/04 style made to fit the 94-98 cars from ABCExclusive.com Much smarter than trying to make the wrong year parts fit.

I think I'll either get another stock bumper or a Cobra one of the same year. I'm not diggen the newer bumper on that bodystyle.

Well my buddy's is an ABC exclusive, and the sides by the wheelwells dont fit perfectly, the bodylines of the SN cars vs the new edges dont match. He doesnt mind but it bugs the **** out of me. At least it looks different.

Now what I really like is your hood! Where did you get that and how much moola? I'd get rid of my OEM Cobra hood for that. I like your Saleen bumper better than your friends, but I think I'm just going to get another stock GT bumper.

the squared off look of the new edges just doesnt flow with theearly curvysn95s.

yeah, the 03 bumper looks ok from the front, but it looks terrible from the sides. as said earlier, the lines dont match up at all. check out the cobra bumpers from the 94-98. they look great, and actually flow with the car. or you could just get a gt bumper and put a chin spoiler on it, that is what i have and it brings a whole new look to the front of the car
