my neighbor is wanting to sell this 89 5.0 true gt(hatch). the body is in good condition minus the HUGE dent in the roof and needing paint but straight w/o dents. the 5.0 ho has 150,000 that runs fine. and the 5 spd tranny is shot. i would use the 8.8 rear for my personal swap. it also has 4 lug polish alum centerlines. shes saying $400 but i don't know.... could i part the car out and make money on this turd or what?

its been sitting for at least 4 years. but motor started once a month. and i know she wants it out of the back yard. what to do??

also it has all black interior in fair to good condion. dash not cracked, door panels are ok. driver seat kinda rough of course. but the rest is good w/o the moldy smell to it surpsingly.

hel you could pick it up and turn around and sell it for a 1000 with out doing anything to it probably. even if you part it out you could probably make hte money back easily.
