Default Trading in Customized cars

Well I've been hearing all these amazing things and seeing all these kick *** concepts around the 2010 Mustang, so of course I want to trade in my 05' V6 Coupe.

What I'm wondering, is if I can trade it in when the time comes.

I have customized mirrors, exterior, and an air intake. And also I'll have FRPP exhaust soon.

Will any of these things stop me from being able to trade it in?

Cars in general are a very bad investment. Only way those mods will make a difference is selling it privately. But if you do trade it in the dealer will not take it into account untill they goto resell it...then those mods you did are like gold.

So they will accept my car in as a trade even if it has mods on it?

Yes they'll most likely take the car on trade, but don't expect what it's worth. Mods are never really worth more money unless you sell them separately which is what I'd suggest you do before you trade it in if you can.

I'd wait a year after the new model comes out and pick up a used one. I just did that with my mustang and picked it up dirt cheap! But then again I cant afford a brand new car, if you can then go for it!
