Default Disconnected battery-now radio sound is messed up

Today I disconnected the battery to do the independent wiring for the fog lights from Americanmuscle.com on my 03 cobra. Now the radio sounds like it has no treble at all. Has anyone had this problem before? I guess I should have checked what I was tapping for power.

well when you unhook a battery cable you can loose certain settings such as radio, seats and some other electrical stuff. it is possible it reset the memory in the radio.

The only thing that changed was the treble and bass, which I restored to what I had it as

Well I just disconnected the harness from the connector and the radio did come on. So Im thinking that harness has nothing to do with the radio at all.
