how do they messure tubes for slicks

i have 26X10X15 slicks but tubes are messured in some other way. they have sizes like 900-15 and 1100-15. what do those numbers mean and how do you calculate the size you need?

mickey thompson says for that size drag slicks you should go with part number 9552. which on jegs.com it is part #672-9552 i never heard of that 900-15 or 1100-15 part of it.
