ok well i have a 4 cylinder auto and well i want to do a swap probably not this summer but next summer i am thinking of doing it...now the thing is that i want to do a 2.3T swap because its really easy compared to a 5.0 swap and well i have a swaping guide and the gas is great on a 2.3T...now the only hard part is that its rather hard to find a 2.3T in good shape but has say been in an accident and has massive body damage...i want to get a whole car to use as a parts car...now from people who have done the 5.0 swap how hard is it really...now i know how to do a swap pretty much other than the wiring which i would need help with but is it hard to go from 4 cylinder to 5.0...i can get a welder and i have done welding before so the motor and trans mounts i can do...but really over all hwo hard is it really...

just an overview of what you did on pryoject how long it took and of course how hard....thanks for you help...i'm not asking for a swap guide i just want peoples opinion on the swap

couldn't you just put a turbo on your 2.3?
