Default Losing a quart of oil every trip from....

ok on short runs ill lose very little but if I take the car for a 2 hour drive on the freeway, ill come back a quart of oil less. ive checked high and low, there is oil everywhere but the highest point seems to be around spark no7. i cleaned it all up and tried again.

Alot ot people say, it must be coming from the valve covers, i checked and its not.

Could I lose that much oil from a valve stem seal? Someone shed some light on this problem please!!!

Clean the engine completely so you can see the leak.S100 is a good cleaner that won't hurt paint or bare aluminum,it's kinda expensive but it works really well.

After everything is clean and dry,use baby powder sprayed onto the suspect areas to highlight leaks.Use enough to cover everything in white and leaks will show up as a dark brown stain.
Now it's time to fix the leaks.
