You only need 10 pounds per 1,000 rpms as long as it rises when the idle does its fine.My turbo ta idles at 10 pounds when its real hot and it only has 1400 miles

15 psi is normal...if I have a turbo I'd be a lil worried with 10 psi at idle..I'm 25 psi at idle

Don't worry about it. If you would like the number higher use thicker oil.
