I beat one in the summer, I only am running a performance tune, exhaust and intake. I didnt kil him or anything but was pulling away.

^ lol..... but seriously gears and tires will probably do it, from digs anyway... it helps if the ls1 is an auto and skip shifts but to really straight up beat an ls1 (I always think in terms of SS's), you need the sauce or a blower, ro some aggressive HCI and mts

Anyway,

My car beats stock LS1s all day, and runs right along side slightly modded LS1s.. All I have is 4.10s, pullies, and O/R X pipe
