Can you sell a tuner?
I bought a kit from Brenspeed, a C&L Intake and an SCT tuner. I'm planning on selling the car, and removed the Intake and returned the car to it's stock tune with the tuner.
Can the tuner be re-sold? I presume the tunes themselves couldn't be used, since they used my VIN and computer strategy, but the tuner itself has value?
