i have a broken high pressure fuel fitting that goed from the tank to the fuel filter.anyone know if i can get them aftermarket or do i need to take it to the dealer?

its an 86 gt,its the pushlock fitting from the tank to the fuel filter(with the hairpin connector).

its steel line, right? you might just want to get a new line to run between the 2 with the fitting on it. you would have to cut the line to only replace the fitting, then it would be too short so you would have to make a ghetto extension job.

no,its a nylon line with a hairpin style duckbill connector.the connector itself is broke.fitting is plastic with a barb design at the end that locks the hose on.i want to replace the connector and dont know where to find one at.do they sell these aftermarket?

i didnt see anything on the site. the dealer would charge u up the butthole to do it. u can probably get the part from the dealer and install it urself. or just search local junkyards/parts stores for the part
