the cheapest way to gain 100 horses is nitrous, but it will probably do more harm than good

If it's properly installed, tuned, and have all the safety features(window switch, purge valve, bottle warmer, WOT trigger, etc.) then it's perfectly safe. You'd be surprised how many Mustangs run nitrous without any major problems

There ain't no easy/"cheap" way of adding 100 hp. Buy a blower or turbo & that'll get you on your way though

Yeah but as long as you aren't going around purging in front of cops I think you'll be Ok. I don't think theres a Judge on the planet that would write a search warrant to take a look at your engine bay.

Nitrous or F/I. H/C/I would be ideal because it gets rid of the 3 killers of the stock engine, and besides giving you a good boost in power, allows for more mods to respond better in the future.

nitrous with all the supporting mods can cost like $1,600. tune and all its pretty safe an h/c/i set up would cost around the same if you scrap for the parts and its alot safer then nitrous but probably wont add an extra 100hp. the words "easiest Cheapest way" should never be used as far as power adders. cause keep in mind you get what you pay for

Yea sure s lot of guys go ahead & run nawzzz on the street anyway, and depending on where you live, AND how obnixious you are with it , you might get away with it no problem. Thiing is though, the cops don't even need to catch you USING IT, they can nail you if they see a connected bottle. Around here they'll nail you with a 7 day suspension if caught with a connected bottle.

The other problem with nawzzz is,, U gotta keep refilling it! And, sure enough when you need it most is when the bottle is empty
