just goes to show that you cant be making such generalized comments

and just because Ohio has no real emissions laws, and you can legaly drive a vehicle on the road with no windows whatso ever, as long as you have a windshield... doesnt mean that all states are that way

Who's talking about windows?? Ohio has no emissions laws so you can run any exhaust set-up you desire. How was I making a generalized comment?
